KAYLA GALWAY

All images on this website are the work of Kayla Galway, an iOS Developer and documentary photographer based in New York. 

Kayla attended college at University at Albany, where she majored in Journalism with a Visual Focus. She worked as a professional journalist for 8 years, most of which were spent taking photos for news outlets in Albany, NY.  In 2011, she documented a volunteer mission in Southeast Uganda. She then worked as a staff photojournalist for the Berkshire Eagle, in Massachusetts, and for the Daily Gazette in Schenectady, New York. She also worked as a freelance birth photographer in Brooklyn and Denver, CO.
